Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to me. Below you'll find information about which data is processed when you visit this website and when you sign up for the newsletter — in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Christian Auberger
Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, Austria
Email: help@clamoline.com
Phone: +43 1 4420282

2. Hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you access the website, technically necessary data is automatically transmitted to Netlify's servers and stored in so-called server log files. This includes in particular:

This processing is carried out to ensure secure and stable operation of the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As Netlify may process data in the USA, the transfer is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Newsletter / Self-Check sign-up (Kit)

When you sign up for the free Self-Check, I process your email address in order to send you the document and — provided you have consented — further emails with content and offers from clamoline.

Delivery is handled by the provider Kit (Kit / ConvertKit, USA). Your data is stored on Kit's servers. Sign-up uses a double opt-in process: after entering your address you'll receive a confirmation email, and only after you confirm are you added to the list.

Here too, a transfer to the USA may take place, safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Purchase of digital products (Payhip)

The paid products are sold via Payhip (Payhip Ltd., United Kingdom). Payhip acts as the merchant of record and is independently responsible for payment processing, invoicing and the processing of the data involved (e.g. name, email, payment details). The Payhip Privacy Policy applies.

5. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses fonts from Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google's servers (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) when the page is opened. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Cookies

This website itself does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. Embedded third-party services (Kit, Payhip, Google Fonts) may use technically necessary cookies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right at any time to:

To exercise your rights, an email to help@clamoline.com is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

8. Retention period

Your data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated, or as required by statutory retention periods. Newsletter data is stored until you withdraw your consent.

Last updated: June 2026. This privacy policy will be amended in the event of changes to the services used or to the legal situation.
